ARTIST PICKS: VINYL RAFFLES @ HAND-PICKED HALLOWEEN
The artists performing at our Halloween showcase have been crate-digging this week for their favorite vintage vinyl, and a few lucky recipients will get to take home a curated record picked by the band! Not to give any secrets away, but we’re talking; Let It Bleed, Houses of the Holy — hopefully you get the idea.
As we are hand-wrapping these records up for the raffle we are literally drooling over these selections. So let it be said; that you really will be lucky if you get one, not just because the artists have great taste, but moreover, because our staff is trying to scuttle them away for their own collections!
Another tidbit, there will be TWO concurrent costume contests taking place; one for the audience and one for the bands. The artists will vote on “Best Fan” costume, and the audience will vote on “Best Band” group costume (if the bass player forgets to dress up the whole band gets screwed); with the winning band getting a handmade trophy!
