(Dallas, source: CultureHype) - Dallas-based independent record label and vinyl record manufacturer, Hand Drawn Records, is having their annual mini tour, Hand-Picked Tour, reaching six cities across the US this time around.
After the success of the Hand-Picked Tour in 2016, Hand Drawn Records is hitting the road again, this time with some new and old members of the Hand Drawn Records family. This year, the artists performing are folk-rock singer/songwriter Silas Nello, alt-country and rock-and-roll blended band Brandon Callies and The American Revival and soul ‘n rollers Heart in the City. With their LP “Sounds of Love and Ghosts” out Friday, Aug. 18, Brandon Callies and The American Revival are excited to tour with newcomer Silas Nello, who released his LP “Out of the Light” on July 28, and Heart of the City, who has its debut full-length album out later this year.
“We are extremely excited to continue the Hand-Picked Tour this year with fresh Hand Drawn artists,” said Dustin Blocker, Hand Drawn Records’ chief creative officer and co-founder.
This year’s Hand-Picked Tour will hit Tulsa, Oklahoma; Kansas City, Missouri; Chicago, Illinois; Madison, Wisconsin; Minneapolis, Minnesota and Des Moines, Iowa for a dynamic one-night Hand Drawn Records lineup at each venue.
“The Hand-Picked Tour model represents our belief in a return to the most personal, on the ground, face-to-face way to share our artist’s music,” said Sean Russell, Hand Drawn Records’ artist relations manager.
